Who we are and acceptance

Invitito is a service provided by Alberto-Sider Simeonov Callejas (Tax ID 61725055R). All details are in the Legal notice. By creating an invitation you accept these terms. You must be an adult to use Invitito.

What Invitito offers

With Invitito you create an interactive digital invitation, share it with a link (for example on WhatsApp) and receive your guests' replies in a private dashboard.

There are no accounts or passwords: your dashboard opens with a private link we give you when you create the invitation. Keep it safe. Anyone with that link can see the replies, and if you lose it we can't recover it for you (although we remember it on the device where you created the invitation).

Free plan

The free plan includes the birthday designs, up to 5 replies per invitation and a small Invitito credit at the end of the invitation. We may change what the free plan includes for new invitations; ones you have already created keep their terms.

Paid plans

The Party plan (€4.99) is a single payment per invitation, taxes included, with no subscription or renewals. What it includes is shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard at the time of purchase. The Celebration (€9.99) and Big day (€19.99) plans are coming soon and can't be bought yet.

Payment is handled by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registry code 16977866, Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia) as authorised reseller (merchant of record): it is the one selling you the plan, taking the payment, applying taxes and emailing you the invoice. By paying you also accept its buyer terms. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

The plan is activated on your invitation as soon as Creem confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If you lose your private dashboard link, write to us at beto@sidcho.com with your Creem receipt and we'll send you a new one.

Withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason (article 102 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

Paid plans are activated immediately. That's why, when paying, you tick a box asking for the plan to be activated right away and acknowledging that, once activated, you lose the right of withdrawal (article 103, letters a and m, of the same law). The purchase can't be completed without ticking it.

In addition, if your paid invitation doesn't work properly because of a fault on our side that we can't fix, we will refund you. Write to us at beto@sidcho.com with your Creem receipt; the refund is made through Creem, to the same payment method. This doesn't limit your legal guarantee rights for digital content and services.

Your content and house rules

You are responsible for what you write in your invitation and for only sharing the link with people you want to invite. Only include other people's data (for example, your child's name) if you are entitled to.

You may not use Invitito for content that is illegal, offensive or infringes others' rights, for spam, mass advertising or scams, to impersonate others, or to ask guests for sensitive data. We may remove invitations that break these rules.

You allow us to store your content and show it to anyone with the link, only to provide the service and for as long as the invitation exists.

Duration and deletion

Your invitation and its replies are deleted automatically 14 days after the party date. If you need to keep something (for example, the guest list), save it beforehand. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Availability

We do our best to keep Invitito running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The 3D opening depends on the device; on devices that can't show it, or when the phone asks for reduced motion, a simpler version with the same information is shown.

Liability

We are not responsible for the accuracy of what the host writes, for whether the event takes place, or for damage caused by misuse of the service or by causes beyond our control. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to improve the service or comply with the law. Purchases already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have any problem, write to us first at beto@sidcho.com: we will try to sort it out quickly. If you are a consumer, you can also contact the consumer services in your region and go to the courts where you live.
