Invitito is an online service to create, send and manage interactive digital invitations. The owner is a private individual and is not listed in the Commercial Register.
Using this website
By browsing this site you accept this legal notice. Using the invitation maker is also governed by the Terms of use and sale.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- publish content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or infringes other people's rights;
- use Invitito for spam, mass advertising, scams or to impersonate others;
- try to access other people's data, overload the service or damage its systems.
Intellectual property
The Invitito brand, designs, 3D scenes and animations, texts, sounds and code on this site belong to its owner or are used under licence. You may not copy, sell or reuse them outside the service without written permission.
The site uses open-source components under their own licences (for example three.js under the MIT licence and fonts under the SIL Open Font License).
The texts you write in your invitations are yours. We only use them to show them to people who have the link.
User content
Each host is responsible for what they write in their invitation. If you see an invitation with illegal content or content that infringes your rights, let us know at beto@sidcho.com with the link, and we will remove it as soon as we have actual knowledge of it, as article 16 of the LSSI-CE requires.
Liability and links
We work to keep Invitito running at all times, but we cannot guarantee the service will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to, such as Google Maps.
Data protection and cookies
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy. This site does not use cookies; see the Cookie policy.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live. Otherwise, the competent courts are those determined by law.
