Frequently asked questions
Are these kids birthday invitations really free?
Yes. Creating and sending an invitation is free. During launch (until 30 November 2026) every feature is free with unlimited replies; after that, the free version includes up to 5 replies and the Party plan is a one-time €4.99.
How do I send a birthday invitation by text or WhatsApp?
When you finish, you get a link and a share button. Paste the link into a text message, a WhatsApp chat or group, an email, or anywhere else you message parents.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The invitation opens in the phone's browser like any web page. Guests don't need an account either; they just tap RSVP.
Can I see who hasn't replied?
Yes. With personal guest links, the dashboard lists who hasn't answered yet and gives you a button to send each one a WhatsApp reminder.
How far in advance should I send a kids' birthday invitation?
Two to three weeks before the party works for most families. For weekends near holidays, or if you need a headcount for a venue, send it three to four weeks ahead.
Can I change the details after sending it?
Yes. You can edit the invitation from your dashboard and the same link shows the updated time, place or message.
