Frequently asked questions
Are these Christmas party invitations free?
Yes. You can create and send your invitation for free with both Christmas designs and, during launch (until 30 November), get unlimited replies with every feature. After that, the free plan allows 5 replies and the Party plan is €4.99, paid once per invitation.
How do I send a Christmas invitation by text or WhatsApp?
When you’re done, tap “Send on WhatsApp” and pick the group or contacts. You can also copy the link and send it by text, email or Slack. Guests don’t need to download anything.
Does it work for a work Christmas party with lots of employees?
Yes. Choose the Christmas gala: each employee says how many people are coming and can add a note about allergies or menu choices. Your private dashboard shows the exact headcount, and during launch you can create a personal link for each employee and see who hasn’t replied yet.
How far in advance should I send a Christmas dinner invitation?
Ideally 3 to 4 weeks ahead. December calendars and restaurants fill up fast, so the sooner you know your numbers, the better. For a family get-together, 2 weeks is usually enough.
Can guests count kids and adults separately?
With the Christmas village, yes: each family says how many kids and how many adults are coming. The Christmas gala is designed for adults, so it counts people only.
Can I change the date after sending it?
Yes. From your dashboard you can edit the date, time, place or message, and everyone sees the new version at the same link — no need to resend.
How do guests tell me about allergies or dietary needs?
When they RSVP, each guest can leave a note (vegetarian, gluten-free, nut allergy…). You see it in your dashboard next to their reply.
